I use a split primary pallet when I am in Plein air- and I love it! it's small and simple, and it makes my heart happy! selecting color, and using color can really make or break the feel of your painting, and your style, it's worth every bit to learn how to use color in your paintings. This is my simple watercolor pallet. I also recommend three amazing books to help you learn color!
